How to read these numbers
- Median sold price
- The middle sale of the month. Half of homes sold for more, half for less, so one mansion cannot skew it.
- Days to sell
- The median time from listing to accepted offer.
- Sale to list
- What sellers received as a share of their asking price. Near 100% means buyers paid close to asking.
- Sold
- Sales that went firm during the month.
- Small sample
- Fewer than 20 sales in the month, so figures can swing widely.
